All Sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. Your ticket purchase will appear on your credit card statement as TICKET PHILADELPHIA. If your tickets are being mailed to you, it is your responsibility to notify us prior to the performance if you do not receive your tickets so we may reprint them for you upon your presenting the Order Confirmation, credit card used in the purchase and proper photo identification. Artists are subject to change without prior notice and a change of artist is not cause for a refund. Inclement weather is not a cause for refund unless a performance is actually cancelled. In the event of severe rain or snow, weather updates and performance status are noted on the homepage of www.ticketphiladelphia.org.

All persons entering the theater, including babes in arms, must have a ticket. Broadway shows are recommended for children ages 5 and up. Please check event listing for family-friendly designation. Latecomers and those who exit during the performance will be seated at the discretion of the facility staff. Copying any performance by camera, audio, or video recording equipment is prohibited.

    Ticket Limits

On behalf of the Kimmel Center Campus, Ticket Philadelphia limits the amount of tickets purchased per household to a maximum of eight tickets and one performance per engagement, except where specified otherwise. Ticket Philadelphia reserves the right to return and refund tickets in excess of the maximum without notice, minus ticket fees.  There may be per-order ticket limits established by concert promoters or show producers for some events. These limits will appear on the specific event page and must be adhered to.

Obstructed and Limited View Seat Policy

When applicable, one or more seats in your order is a limited or obstructed view. Depending upon the particular seat and show this can result in an inability to see the complete stage. It is not possible for us to judge what portion of the stage you will not see because this varies for every show and is also affected by your height and the height of those patrons in front of you. Some patrons are willing to accept these limitations and are not bothered by them.

Limited or Obstructed View seats can be labeled in the cart with the following descriptions: Obstructed View, Limited View, Limited Comfort, Limited Comfort/Obstructed View and Obstructed View Column. These descriptions will be clearly labeled under the assigned seat on the cart page, payment and delivery page, confirmation page, and confirmation email.
