One of the truly great pianists of our time, Emanuel Ax is revered for his poetic temperament and the unsurpassed virtuosity of his playing. His first PCMS solo recital program in three seasons features core repertoire by Schubert and Chopin alongside a Philadelphia premiere by Chicago-based composer Samuel Adams, son of John.
